Diodes, Rectifiers, Bridges, Automotive, Photo Flash, Zener, TVS

Our product offerings include a complete range of diode/rectifier products ranging from 15mA to 60A product with voltage ranges from 20 to 5,000 volts. Our diode product lines include Schottky (15mA to 60A, 20-100V), Super Fast (35nS, 50-600V), Ultra Fast/High Efficiency (50-80nS, 50-1,000V), Fast Recovery (150-500nS, 50-1000V), general purpose diodes (50mA to 60A, 50-5,000V), High voltage diodes (200mA to 3A, 1,200-16,000V), Automotive diodes (15-50A, 50-1,000V) including the new press fit diodes, and finally Photo Flash diodes (0.5A, 1,000 to 1,600V). Most parts are offered in both axial and surface mount packing and include both glass passivated and non glass passivated options.

In the bridge product we offer both glass and non glass product with current ranges fro 0.5A to 60A in all the industry standard packages. As with the diodes we offer both glass passivated and non glass passivated options.

Additionally, we offer TVS product and Zener diodes in most of the industry standard package and power options. Our TVS product includes a 5,000W product our 5KP line.

LED’s

Our LED product line includes a wide range of product including single, dual, and tri color LEDs. We offer LED’s in many colors (red, yellow, blue, white, amber, green, etc) and include both thru hole and surface mount. We also offer a line of super bright LED’s and are constantly developing new LED’s for the market place.
