Micro Electronic Instrument (MEI) is a newly founded semiconductor components company located in the heart of Silicon Valley, CA, USA.

MEI is established to best provide North America customers with semiconductor components supplied by Master Instrument Corporation of Shanghai Ltd.(MIC). MIC is a joint venture. It is one of the biggest manufacturers of low-to-medium power rectifiers in China. MIC was established in Sept. 1988, occupying more than 30,000 Sq. M. land with more than 10,000 Sq. M. workshop. MIC has passed ISO-9002 Quality Assurance Examination from C.C.I.B. (China Commodities Inspection Bureau) and got UL quality and safety qualification of U.S.A.

MEI's main products include all series of Axial Rectifiers, Bridge Rectifiers, LED, SMD LED, Automotive Rectifiers, Zener Diodes and Transient Voltage Suppressors(T.V.S).
